Center for Heroic Leadership, LLC (“CHL”) is a private entity offering information to help guide individuals and families through their most difficult and challenging times. CHL is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personal information you may share with us. This may include any information that identifies you such as your name, address, telephone number, social security number, etc., and any information you may share during the course of using CHL’s website (“Website”).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the types of personal information CHL may collect from you when you visit our website, how we use that information, the choices you have regarding its use, and your ability to review and correct such information. CHL may change this policy from time to time to reflect changes made on the Website. The changes will be posted here so that you can stay informed of the latest changes to the types of information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. - Scope of Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Website and the services and information owned or operated by CHL and to users accessing our Website from the United States. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated or third party sites to which CHL may link. This Privacy Policy covers only information collected on www.theheroicjourney.org and does not cover any information collected offline by us.
- Duty to Warn. In accordance with Ohio law, CHL is required to report to the appropriate authorities (or applicable third parties) the following:
